Claimed to be with my cell phone provider, following up about customer service and my satisfaction.
Then asked for my pin number or answers to security questions.  Seemed suspicious.
I then hung up.

This number called me at 2:07 PM (CST). My phone rang three times, but the caller hung up before I could answer. They did not leave a voicemail.

Caller claimed to be from Sprint and wanted to give a "courtesy call" to welcome me.  Asked for my name, phone number (duh - they called me) - and then wanted my pin number.  I then told them that I "defer" their "courtesy call" and ended the call.

I just got a new phone line with sprint with a new number, next day i started receiving calls from this number...sprint selling new customers numbers to outside companies.????

i just got a call from that # n then call them back but i got no responce

That number called and I didn't answer it because I don't who it is.

NO it is not just a "welcome to Sprint" call.
BEWARE. If your answer it then you will get more and more solicitation "marketing" calls.

It IS NOT SPRINT!!! I know because I just spent 20 mins on the phone with sprint. Sprint verified that it is not them and said they are flagging the number and warning other customers. DO NOT GIVE OUT ACCOUNT INFO. If in doubt ask the name of the caller and what branch they are calling from then call sprint back through your sprint app and ask to speak with that rep. Be safe guys.
