Called my parent's home and scared my mom saying it was very important and that I possibly had a court date. Would not release any information

Got a call from this number but it was supposedly for my mother in-law regarding a summons to appear in court.  Our cell phone numbers have different area codes and aren't even remotely similar so I'm not sure how they ended up with my number.  Weird...

These people called my friend and said they were at her house to serve me papers while she was at work.  Which is highly illegal.  They also called me and said they were going to serve me papers.  Funny things is, they had no idea who the sheriff in my county was, they didn't know his name.  And I even went to far as to call the sheriffs office and they had nothing for me.  I live in Iowa and in the state of Iowa the laws are very cut and dry about debt collections.  Check your state attorney generals office website for unfair practices.  Get as much information as you can about them and turn it over to your attorney generals office.  

These people are calling my mother-in-law harassing her asking for my ex-husband whom she knows nothing about nor has ever met.  They are also calling for my son who is under age who has not worked nor can he apply for credit.  They are threatening to deliver court documents, but can't tell you who your local sherrif is nor can they give you an address as to where they are going to deliver these documents.

These people called my grandmother and told that I had an outstanding debt and that I would be served the next day. They scared her so bad. What kind of sick business is this? When I attempted to call the number back I received no answer. I told her that if they called again to tell them to come and serve me. I've been waiting for months nut they are still calling my grandmother.

I originally got a call from 682-305-2544 and a woman said my daughter's name and asked if I was her. I told her no, but I'm her mom.
She mentioned to me that my daughter has legal documents that have to be sent to her regarding a summons and gave me a phone number and case number to give to her. The phone number was 855-854-8802. I asked for what state this is since neither phone number had the correct area code for her or me.
The woman said that she's in Texas but the summons is for another state. (lol)
So I informed my daughter of this call as I googled the number.
Since there have been so many complaints of these calls beings a scam I call the number since I had the "Case number".
The guy who answered the phone answered as GSA Management. I asked about this company and where they are located and he wouldn't give me any information.
I gave him the case number and he put me on hold. I hung up and called again.
The same guy answered and I asked why I was placed on hold. He asked me why I hung up.
I was asking questions and mentioned that I am suspicious of all of this and he said that he cannot give me any information since he does not know if I am "my daughter's name" then he hung up on ME! lol

my sister just got a call from them, asking if I'd be available tomorrow, for them to serve me papers and left a case file #. I already know it's the student loan folks...been out of work for over a year and they're ticked at not getting payments

This guy keeps calling and saying he has legal papers and that I am being sued when I ask who he is representing he says he is just delivering the papers and gives a false case number and telephone number.....

This number called me and stated that they are serving me papers for a summons, they give me a case number.  I tired calling them back and can't get through to them.  I used someone else phone and got through to them, but won't give me any information.  I'm getting sick and tired of them calling me that I can't stand this anymore. They have called my mother and she is very sick and ill on her death bed, my mother calls me to tell me that they gave her the number 855-854-8802 and a case number and told me to call them, I told my mother I can't get through to them with my phone number they have caller ID and won't let me talk to them, my mother stated is there anyone I can report to about them.  The reason I'm not able to get through is because I know they are scammers and are trying to get money out of me.  I don't have money to give them.  Because I have call there buff before they won't let me talk to them.  It's funny I can use someone else phone and get through to them but with my phone number it won't go through to them.  SCAMMERS.  They need to do a television show about these people and get them arrested for there lies.

I just got a call from my mom and they said the same thing, even gave her a "case#".

This happened to me and I gave them money because they knew everything about me and I am very ill and had to use a credit card. I just found out today that I was scammed because they would mail me the court papers if I cleared the account. I was to sick to appear in court and could not make that long of a trip. I am going to my lawyer tomorrow and the police department. They got over 500 dollars and they even mailed me a receipt. It seemed real but I was so sick. I haven't been able to work in 27 mo because of Lupus. Why would they lie to sick people. They need to be put in jail.
