I just got off the phone with these people a few minutes ago...claiming to be an investigator, this guy claims that my sister may have used/forged mine and my mother's name in some scheme.  He claimed that we would be receiving a subpoena to testify against her and that he could not give me specific details.  Also said to feel free to contact my sister and have her call. Now I have never had a PayDay Loan in my life, so not sure what they want from me.

Just received a call from a gentlemen that left this number and said it was a very urgent matter and at the end of his message he says you have been notified.

Calling my sister saying something about a phone company bill.   Using two different numbers.

I called 855.855.1473 ext 6437 Florencia back to give her my credit card info. When she transferred me they disconnected me at sterling and Associates end. Sterling and Associates never answered the phone. That was not my first transfer. Florencia is being targeted becausr she is honest.
