- momofmanyI got a call today from Eric Sanders from this number but his voice was the same one who called me a few weeks ago and claimed his name was Anthony Seroni. I have all these messages saved and can tell it is the same person. They said I have a bounced check from a payday loan (which I have never taken out). If they were legit then I should have received the papers I asked for weeks ago. Today Eric Sanders said that if he sent me the papers then it would be to late by then. Well, I know the law and they have to provide me with the paperwork if I asked for it and how is this man going to come to my job when I can in turn have him arrested for harrasment? That is the reason I save all their messages and lock all the times they call me into my phone. Wish they would get a life and leave me alone.

- Areyoukiddingme!Ok, I got a call from this number a couple of weeks ago and at first they really had me, but something told me to call Sherrifs office. I was told that these people sit around and call people trying to get money from you, and I should call the Attorney Generals Office. I called there and they informed me not to give any information to them and even if I did take out a payday loan with them, being that I leave in NC where payday loans are not legal. They can not do anything, it is like you purcahsed a stolen car and want to use because the car won't start and now you want your money back. They called again today and I told them what I was told and they were totally upset with me. Now I am waiting to be served at my place of employment or at my residence. Because I would not give him the phone number to the payday loan company that he claims to be working for, if you are working for them you should have the number...wow....are you kidding me.

- LisaJust got a call from this number and said his name is Michael Sellsin and they did not know whom he was, but did I have a case number, gave it what they left. He asked who was calling and I said if you have my case number you know my name and he gave me the wrong name. He then demanded I give him my name and I said if he had my information he would know and then called me a [***], so I know this is not legit.

- Disgusted| 5 repliesGot a call from Dan who is very rude. They called my work and said that they are trying to serve papers to my work and home. I told them that this was not my debt but he would not here of it. He said the papers will go to the Sheriffs Office for writing bad checks across state lines...news flash, I did not write a check. I think it is time to contact an attorney and see where I stand. I requested proof of the debt and they claim they can't send it to me. They give legit debt collectors a bad rep. I am all for paying legit debts but when you threaten me with arrest, harrass me at work...that is going too far.

- paula replies to Disgusted| 4 repliesso, i thought i was getting scammed after i came on here and listened to what everyone had to say. they are not a collection agency. i work for the state, and i had the embarrasment of having a sherriff come into my job, and had me sign a summons. it was an arrest warrent, but i just had to appear in court. now over this stupid 250.00 [***] bill i had, ive got a nice fat 4000.00 attorney bill, plus all of the court fees and crap i have to pay for them. i tried the same thing that i didnt bounce a check, but electronic signatures count the same my attorney told me. now im screwed and worse i have a review on monday to see if i can still keep my job.
dont learn the hard way. dont take [***] payday loans. its not worth it. - FLYER replies to paula| 2 repliesYou were served an arrest warrant? I find that hard to believe since debtor's prison was abolished centuries ago.
You may want to try another lie in order to scare people. - paula replies to FLYER| 1 replyyour an idiot. i didnt get my summons for debt [***]. i got it for bouncing a check. there really should be a way to police the internet. having any idiot who wants to be able to post whatever they feel like without consequence is crazy.
shut your mouth and dont but in if you dont know what your talking about.
ps-- i got 6 months probation on a plea as i was able to borrow money and pay a 1500.00 fine plus all the stupid attorney costs. - Ken replies to paulayour full of s h i t! You work for these clowns~~
- baz27162 replies to paulaSo, now that you borrowed 1500 to pay a fine, you are in deeper in debt than before! I've never heard of anyone receiving a summons for a BOUNCED CHECK! Get a life Lucy!
- KaMellaI contacted the attorney general's office about this company today in Georgia. They are fraudulent and no such company or legal services exist. The address that they gave of 3645 Market Place Blvd East Point GA 30344 brings up a Target store. They are finding your information on the internet and trying to scare you into paying. They stated that my sister's debt was from an online loan in 2008 I believe. But like the attorney general office stated, it doesn't take 4 or 5 years to find you to pay a debt and in this case as they were saying a bad check. Also, payday loans are illegal in GA so why would the original creditors find someone in GA to act as their collection agency. The company called and harrassed my family and now only to find out they truly don't exist. These people are probably sitting home watching tv and trying to make it seem like are a legit company. Also to "Paula", I had a legit payday loan with a company in Conway SC. I became unable to pay. I no longer have the account where I actually went in the store and wrote the check for the loan. This was back in 2002. I have yet to be arrested. When I call the company about the debt, they haven't accessed all these fees onto the loan. They just advised me to pay the $300 that is owed. I wasn't threatned, haven't been summoned to court or served by the sheriff office. So I take it you work for this company because you are the first person I know to get arrested for payday loans. if that was the case the jails will be full and the court system would be backed up with these cases
