Scary asking questions about birth date

This caller called my work made up lies that my cell was disconnected and that I had spent over 4 hours of company time on their phone discussing a personal business matter. They call everyday at least 3 times a day and get down right nasty wanting my bank routing number over the phone!

855-869-62662 left a arequest by Heather for me to call  back and give them my SSN and my name, when i called back today they will not say what need from me unless i provde them w/ my SSN and that was about 3:15 PM Today.
Arkansas Att. General and my famely Att.will be notified

NOTE:Also, a ref. number was left when i gave them the number,said is not good because it is only 5 digit and it should be 6 digit .  

this place is a debt collector. They will give u there name but not the business until u confirm ur social security number. Which they gladly tell you themselves to confirm it . Once these creditors have u acknowlege YOU are the person they are looking for on there recorded line, then they tell u they are debt collectors. And will hawk the hell out of u. Just because they called ur cell doesnt mean they dont have ur address. Once u agreed u are So and So, they will start sending letters and judgements to pay the debt. Fyi... change your number. Move to another town...dont acknowlege nothing and just hang up. Saying yes to any of there questions is like a never ending of harrassments. Debt collectors dont care how many judgements u have from other creditors. When you go to court they garnish your wages from a percent of what u get paid. i know what im talking about.
