- AmyI got a call from this # on my cell but didn't answer. I did a internet search of just the area code and found out that this is a "future area code" reserved for telemarketers and that the calling party does not get charged to make the call but the called party gets charged. This means that if I would have answered the call I would have been charged!!
- from (855) 869-9265Calling me trying to contact someone else I know.
- Caller: They wouldn't say
- fishy call from 855-869-9265Got a call from this number and a guy using the name "Dillon" and asking about someone I know. The person this "Dillon" guy was trying to find swears they did not give my name and number to anyone. Additionally, the person that called me refused to answer what company he was with and stated "personal business" with the other person as the nature of his call. He was persistent and guarded when I started asking him questions. Very odd call. Reported to a number of agencies.
- Caller: refused to say
- AprilI didn't answer the call when this number showed up. They didn't leave a message but immediately called my husband's phone and left a message for me. He also said his name was "Dillon." He left a case number but no company name or any indication as to what he wanted.

Criminals who plot to defraud the Government and steal money from the American people have a new target: people with diabetes.
Although the precise method may vary, the scheme generally involves someone pretending to be from the Government, a diabetes association, or even Medicare, calling you. The caller offers "free" diabetic supplies, such as glucose meters, diabetic test strips, or lancets. The caller may also offer other supplies such as heating pads, lift seats, foot orthotics, or joint braces, in exchange for the beneficiaries' Medicare or financial information, or confirmation of this type of personal information. Additionally, you may receive items in the mail that you did not order.
