They called me and left a voice mail. It was a blocked number so i didn't answer. Said it was Amanda Patrick from Department of Legal Services something something liaison. said that C&R Legal Services had a pending case against me that I would be served for tomorrow morning at my home or work. Said I needed to respond immediately to 855-878-1734 to discuss the legal case against me. LOL hard to have a legal case against someone that has no legal issues. BTW they even gave me a case number. How funny is that. I wonder if they look this up online like we do to see who is posting about it. If you are looking I fwd this info to my lawyer. He will be contacting you. got a call and voice mail stated that there is 2 casees against me need to contact or i would be serve some papers on my job and home i need to call 8558781734 sound like say her name was leah  i also got a case number told me they wich me good luck

got a call from this number said I had two cases pending against me and that I need to take care of this legal debt I have on a payday loan wished me good luck I told them to f off and they said I would be served court papers at my residence or job said the debt is from 2008 really this 2014 I think you would have wanted your money by now if I owed it to you.

Called me and stated that I had a case dealing with a payday loan and that I owed them $524. If I didn't pay I would be served with papers for court and would have to pay over $3000.00. The case was supposedly from 2007. Once I told Mrs. Bradley (the name she gave) she would not be getting any of my information  or answering any of her questions she became rude and wished me luck in court,

i just received a call with this same call back # 855-878-1734 asking for me or my attorney regarding a case that has been in their office for Sacramento County Liason Division and to call the Department of Legal Services at 855-878-1734. Gave me a case number XXXXX-CA1. That a summons will be served for me at my home address. Before i called my attorney i called the number which is CR Legal Services, not Sacramento County or Department, and said to hold to be transfered to legal department. So i Google the number and find THIS information! Thank you guys for the info! These people are crazy. I BK is discharged and they were in it which is was advised by my attorney to do for a payday loan because it was a LOAN. Think i will need to report to my BK attorney over this harassment as it was part of my BK and discharged for all debt.

got a call today on my phone # for my husband it was a blocked # so i didn't answer it. the women said she was a state official named Lisa Mercedes and that a case has been filed against my husband or his SS#. it totally freaked me out so i goggled the # and found this site. she also wanted him to call back to verify some info.... she even gave a case #... i called the # back said it was CR legal services the lady asked me to verify my husbands SS# i said can SHE verify the # she got very defensive said it was an Arbitration Firm (An arbitration firm is made up of lawyers and retired judges who act as neutrals for purposes of deciding a case in the alternative dispute resolution forum. Arbitration can be either binding or non-binding and is usually a contract term. Most often seen in contracts for medical services.) it has nothing to do w y supposedly they where calling totally a scam watch out!!!!
