a so called mr.andrew called my cell making threats against my father.

I have had a call left on my answering machine from a Ms. Goldstein from the CMS office.  She said I had been named in a
Civil Suit in Los Angeles County.  She needed to talk to me or my attorney immediately.  She
left this number and a Case #.  This was about 2 weeks ago.  Today, I received a similar call from a man leaving me the same number and case number.  Both people claime to be from CMS.  The man said that it was a Credit Service Management.  That there was a claim against my name and Social Security Number.
