I've been contacted by this number announcing a PCH award. Has anyone else
received a call like this one ?

Someone just called me from that number saying I won a sweepstakes

Just received the same call but the funny thing is I don't remember entering any sweepstakes...another scam?

I just received a call about winning some big sweepstakes. They claimed to be a reputable law firm named "Silverman Associates." I expressed extreme skepticism. They asked me to look them up on the internet and they would call back in 10 minutes. So far, no call. I also asked them if they wanted any money for this prize. They said no. I never believe these calls. I think the world is full of scammers. It's too bad, but it seems to be the truth unfortunately.

I would like to no what this number is associated with. The man hung up on me when I  told him I was sick.

A man just called asking for me, I said speaking, he then identified himself and some law firm...I became abrupt and told him I was sick.
Prior to this he told me it sounded as if I was expecting his call! I told him I wanted to know what this was about and he hung up on me!

I have received calls on my home phone from this phone number every hour today!  They keep asking for my husband.  First time I told him he was at work.  Second time, I told him, you already call one hour ago.  Third time, I told him to stop calling & he abruptly hung up on me.  About ready to get rid of my home phone, since all that ever calls are scammers or people asking for donations.

I received a call, which my caller ID identified as  856-677-8030,Clementon, NJ.  I was told I had won a sweepstakes prize of $500,000 and that the check would be delivered to my house by special courier two days hence.  The woman spoke of the sweepstakes entry having previously arrived in a 'blue envelope."  I had seen no sweepstakes entry, no blue envelope, and I don't expect I will see a special courier delivering me a check for $500,000 in two days.  But if one does arrive, I probably will accept it.  I don't believe it, but it would be nice.
Okay, I can dream, can't I?

I received a call about winning a publisher clearing house sweepstakes $500,000  googled (856)677-8030 to find out it was a scam!!!

This # calls and calls but leaves no message on our answering machine. It is very annoying!!!

I have also received a call claiming that I have won 500,000 dollars and that an attorney silver- something would be Delivering my money to me personally. All they needed was for me to have my ID ready for when they came to my door and to be at home between 9 and 11, but of course no one ever came by.. to bad I wish it was real that would be nice.

I have been receiving repeated calls from 856 677 8030 and I answered today in hopes of getting whoever they were to knock it off.   It was explained I was second runner up in a clearing house sweepstakes and asked if I was sitting down.  (Drum roll please...)  I won $500,000 and the check would arrive on Monday.  I asked straight out if it was a scam.  The lady told me I could look them up on the internet and verify my winnings on some government website.  She offered to give me that information as well as the the confirmation number for the win which I said I would note on my iPad.  "I'm ready", I said. ...and then... miraculously, the call dropped.

Got a call from these people ; calvin Harris and Nancy Silverman . They said they were at tourneys for the publishers clearing house and I won $500,000.00 they asked a bunch of questions and then we got cut off? We will see if they come by  this Thursday to give me my check ( doubt it!)

it tue day Mar 17 , it was sure a $500,000  so it was a scam.

My mom receive a call from this number.  She was so sure it was legitimate.  She wanted me to go to her house when they delivered her check to her.  This is a scam... do not give them any information or money.

Got a call from some Silverman attorneys office in New Jersey saying i won $500,00.00  second place in PCH.  Going to call me back in 10 minutes, never called me back.  Notified County Sherriff to keep watchful eye on my home.

I just received a call from this number.  They hung up when I answered.

I also have been contacted saying the same thing. Won prize from PCH

I received the same call advising me that I had won 2nd place in a sweepstakes for $500,000.00.  They said  a certiefied check would be delivered by courier. I will be calling PCH to advise them of this.  The funny thng about the call, is they did not request any information or money, ss this does not follow any type of scam.
