A man with a heavy accent told me he was with a medical group and wanted to know if I had an issue with blood clots.  I had no idea what he was talking about and he hung up.  Sounds like a scam....
Update:  I just received a note from Blue Cross/Blue Shield warning customers that someone has hacked their system in the last few weeks. This person might be involved in the hack.

Several calls from this number and/or very similar numbers.  Don't leave message and when I called back from work phone someone with accent just said hello.

I received a call from this number today about blood clots.  I told them to go to hell.... they have called in past and calls were similar in medical nature.  I work in Healthcare and know that they did not have my PHI.... again over and over I have told them off and tried reporting them.  Nothing happens so because they keep calling...

I just received a call from this number.  I typically ignore calls but I am expecting a call from an unknown number.  It was a guy with an accent saying he was with some medical recovery group and ask if I recall having a procedure for blood clots.  I told him he was incorrect so he then asked in anyone in my family had a procedure.  I said no and he asked me if I was sure about that.  I told him that his records should indicate any information he needed.  Then he said whoever had a blood clot procedure......then he heard the click of my phone as I disconnected the call.  I blocked the number so he shouldn't bother me anymore.

This place has called me 3 times this morning.  The third time I only answered because I was afraid it might be an emergency.  They asked several questions about blood clots, but I refused to give them any info.  The man with a heavy accent hung up when I asked what the point of the call was.

I have Comunity Care and he said I had a blood clot and wanted to ask me about it. I've never had a blood clot. I hung up. Has called me 3 times in this morning.

I got the same phone call from a woman with a thick accent saying the same thing everyone else is saying. When I asked how they got my number they disconnected the call.

When I pick up they hang up!!! Fed up!!!

Our phone has a telemarketer filter on it that asks all  callers to press 8 to indicate they are NOT telemarketers before the call rings our phone. This morning an Eastern Indian fellow called and asked to speak to my wife about her "blood clots." I told him that my wife is in excellent health and that we do not appreciate telemarketers calling us, especially ones who falsely claim (by pressing 8) that they are not telemarketers! Why can't the greatest Country on earth protect its consumers by blocking all these bottom-feeding scumbags from harassing and bilking us??

Woman with an Indian accent saying she was calling to ask about my recent blood clot procedure.  I told her I hadn't had a recent blood clot procedure, then she asked if I'd ever had one, like in the past 10 years.  I told her I'd never had one in my life.  So then she asked if any family members had ever had a blood clot procedure and I said no, never.  She thanked me and that was it.  I'm now reading other people's comments and it makes sense that it's an attorney, trying to dig up people who may have malpractice claims regarding blood clot filters.
