    Smarter than the THIEVING SCAMMERS
    We have gotten FOUR calls from this number since the beginning of September 2014.  Some say "GO GREEN EDUCAT" on CID but today it said "ELECTRICITY".  This number is BLOCKED by our system, so only rang ONCE.  Also got a call 4 hours later from another one ring-blocked calls with NOTHING on CID, not even "Out Of Area"; and NO NUMBER.  This is WELL DOCUMENTED online that this is an IDENTITY THEFT  PHISHING SCAM.
