got a call from this number 8:45-ish in the morning. Can't remember automated message I received because I was half asleep. Attempted to recall the number, got a solicitation message for a company called Magic Jack followed by a message that this number had not been assigned to a Magic Jack customer yet. Sounds like hacking scammers re-routing their phone service in order to avoid being caught.

Received this scam call 3 times on Monday morning, January 26, 2015 about 30-60 minutes apart. Caller identified himself as "Steve Martin" reading the same script verbatim on all three calls that makes no sense about "enforcement act by U.S. Treasury," and "ask you to cooperate with us. Help us to help you." I notice these scammers use different numbers but they seem to all start with 858-206-####. Report these and other fraudulent calls on the FTC website.
