    Returned the call and was asked to press 1 to be placed on do not call.  I think it was a set up and if I pressed 1 it probably would use my numbers to call around the world.  I am already on do not call list so that was my first clue!

    Not a 'toll free' number; this is a regular California area code. Not all Area Codes that start with "8" are toll free.  If you have a phone book, some of them list all national area codes in the front or back.   THIS call is a SCAM.  Tired Old "Lower Your Interest Rates" SCAM.  Guess the 'solar panel' ruse was starting not to work anymore.
