'this number from San Diego calls several times a day.  I a.m on the no call list.  How do3s this happen?

They have called several times over the past few days.  I finally answered.  After a brief pause, a live person came on and pleasantly said that they were conducting a survey about children's immunizations.  She asked to speak to the person that takes care of that for this household.  When I told her that we had no children, she said "sorry to bother you...goodbye". Sounds to me like some sort of call center.  They may call about other issues.  I would encourage others that receive a call from this number to at least answer and see what they have to say.  You can always hang-up, but if you don't answer, they will just keep calling back.

Does that comment help anyone?  Presumably everyone that is searching for this number also "missed a call from...".  Why else would we be looking them up?  Please provide only useful comments.

Telling "us" to STOP does no good.  You have to answer the phone and tell "them" to stop!

If they truly are a survey, as they claim, they are exempt from the do not call list.  That only applies to commercial enterprises trying to sell you something.  In their infinite wisdom, our legislators chose to exempt: 1) survey calls, 2) non-profit organizations, and (in self-serving interest) 3) political candidates.

Asking them to stop has done absolutely no good at all.  I have asked them very nicely every evening this week (now Thursday) to please stop calling us.  I ignored them all last week.  The next evening they call again with a different person.  It is so frustrating.

Seriously - just don't answer the phone.  How hard is it to ignore?

"Vaccine Study" is the name that shows up on my caller ID when they call daily.  Finally today I answered.  "Nathan" told me that he was calling from the US Drug Administration and had important questions for me about vaccinations.  I assume they are taking some kind of survey.  I told him that I am not giving out personal information and wanted to be removed from the list.  Caller tried arguing with me and again I told him that I do not want to talk to the US Drug Administration and I want to be removed from the list.  He said, "that's certainly my prerogative but I won't get compensation, have a great day" ... Eyeroll.  We'll see if they call again.

Continously receive calls from 858-401-7263 with caller id as "Vaccine Study."  Never answer the call.  Getting really annoyed by this continued pestering.  Am on the DNC list but it appears that companies like this ignore that list.  

3 times over the course of 6 days.

Finally picked up after their calling for several days.  Could not hear them ... poor connection ... and asked who was calling.  Despite my saying I could not understand them, person kept repeating "are you familiar with ..."   Have no idea what he was asking because of noise on connection.    Must have been the vaccine study.  Why they are calling business numbers if beyond me.  

I did not answer. ID said vaccine study. I am 84 years old - why would I have children who need immunization? I do have great grandchildren, but their parents take care of them. I wish these scammers would leave me alone.

If you answer, they will mark your # as "live".

What does "live" mean?
