this caller ID Left Voicemail. Claimed to be from Kaiser Permenente. Stated I MUST call back to another (800) number.  I have filed a HIPPA complaint with Kaiser, along with a few other messages, to find out if this is a legit call, and if it is, they must  CEASE and DECIST  this call practice, when requesting a patient make an appointment,. no matter WHAT the circumstance.  They have other SECURE avenues of contacting patients or members.

dis-enrolled over a myriad of errors on the part of dr's & surgeons and they continue to call !!!  Literally, insult after injury after injury.

answered a Call from this no. at 8:50 am today but hang up on my. called back - answering service that it is nurse triage no. The area code is from san diego. Why the hell is a kaiser employee (per other feedback) calling from san diego when we live in LA county. I havent even enrolled in their program yet. Im calling my lawyer re: this call and no. HIPPA

They say from Kaiser and when I am told to call back, I'm to give my medical I.D. I would NEVER give my ID on the phone. I will never call these people.  Who r these people?? Didn't speak good English either. Kaiser needs to b aware of these calls.
