I have received 2 calls from this number and no messages were left.

I receive calls from this number about every other day. There is never a message.

I, too, keep receiving this caller with no message left, either. I decided to call the number, & there is just a recorded "bye." ???? Tired of these weird calls.

Did you ever find out who they are? I think I'll pick up the phone & see what it is next time they call. I called their number but you don't get anybody...? weird

i've been getting calls from this number for the past 2 weeks and the last time i answered it was just a recording.  i'm on the DO NOT CALL list but i registered a complaint for this phone number anyway.  Hope these calls stop.

I have been receiving calls from this number for a few days on my personal cell phone. I called the number from my work phone, received a "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line for the next available agent" message and was disconnected after about five minutes.

I answered and finally someone was on the other end.
Time Warner Cable.
Told them to put me on the no call list and she obliged.

No message left.  Next time they called I answered with no response.

These people have called twice today within a halk hour's time, and left no messages

Today I received a phone call from 858-634-3073.  The only other info available on my caller id was the word 'California', instead of the caller's name or business..
I did not answer, as I did not recognize the phone number...and do not know anyone from California anyway.  No message was left for me...from them.
