Called twice this morning, did not leave a message.

People calling from this number usually hang-up or do not speak.  They did, however, speak to my elderly grandmother I am caring for and tried to get her to confirm personal information (checking account, social security, etc.) without identifying who they are.

I have gotten numerous calls from this number-- about twice a day for the last couple weeks....very annoying!

Call several time a day and do not leave a message.  When I pick up no one is there... very annoying!!!!

It's Citibank.  All you'll ever get is a recording.  If you get this call, you are over your credit limit or late on a payment.  The calls won't stop till it's resolved.

it's a freakin scam to try to steal your identity. that guy jason might work for them that's why he is saying that to make you believe that's true. no it's not cuz i don't have an acct with them so Jason ur a damn liar

Calls just to be annoying....Never says a damn thing..........I don t care if it is citibank......say something...Oh I forgot  they out source to India   they can t speak the friggen english language.

this call is from citicard. they call and then hang up by the time i can answer it.

Its Citibank Credit Cards.  You over your limit or late and need to make a payment now. Or they will continue to call.  I called them back thats how I found out.  I was over my credit limit and made a payment

Def. citibank credit card calling in regards to a needed payment. I went over my credit limit 60$ (since they reduced it ) and went online to make an immediate payment.

It's definitely Citibank. Missed my payment by one day and the calls start. Even Sunday evening!!! I wish the govt wouldn't bail them out.

Got the call today. No one there. I am not over my citibank creit limit, so I am not sure what the deal is.

Please be WARNED. This is a SCAM. They will say Citi Group or Citibank. It is NOT them. Do NOT give your information to these criminals. They will ask for account numbers and social security numbers. I work for a credit union and we are working at this moment with the FBI to get these crooks shut down and arrested.

When I answered, there was an automated message claiming it was from "Citicards."  I finally heard a woman who said "Hello," then hung up.
