I've gotten calls from them several times on my cell

St. Elizabeth's billing department - ask them to send you a letter rather than requesting info over the phone, all the info they had on me was incorrect and it sounded like a scam. However, when the letter came, they were just confirming my insurance information.

This calls are a scam, do not provide any information about yourself. Attention all St Elizabeth Healthcare patients beware the number is a scam and will try you to pay some money over the phone. They are not who they said they are.

I've got (5) calls in the last month saying they're St. E billing; asking for my birthdate & leaving messages to call them back.

This number is a spoofing number for St Elizabeth.  It is their office for collections. They had account information wrong for me. I told them I never have gotten bills on this. They were wanting payment. I told them to mail me bill. Lady got mad and said some things and hung up on me.

They called me on my work number, and didn’t leave a message. Glad I read these posts. Anyone who is legitimately addressing billing should do so only by mail or by leaving a professional and discreet message with callback info. Most people don’t pick up numbers they don’t know these days. Too many scams!
