Got a call from this company two weeks ago I thought it was a scam , it was not I got a appearance date for this Friday.

I received a letter in mail and a call from this company i owe on a past loan that does appear on my credit report they handle this matter for me ace cash express has been sending documentation to close this account but just did not have funds to pay rrg worked with me and stop all legal action ,/ thank you t Attorney David smith for the help..

I also received an appearance date for wed. I called my county court they advised me to call this legal office to handle matter .// i was back three months on my child support i paid the past due child support

The above comments on 4/13, 4/14, and 4/14 are fake!  This is a scam caller.  They call from multiple phone numbers.  SCAM!!

The above reports are fake.  This is a scam artist.  Numbers are spoofed.  Don't be fooled.

These guys call me from all sorts of numbers leaving unprofessional messages and fake case numbers. I called back once and they couldn't provide me the last 4 digits of the ssn they were calling about to confirm I was the right person. I have my credit report accessible at all times in case someone opens a fake account in my name and there is no such record. Choose another life path please

Make this official - turn your complaints into DFI - I had 3 threatening phone calls from these people to be specific a Gary Weber - the number that left messages on my phone were spoofed numbers and went no where. I finally decided to call the 860-269-3021; I was told that my driver license would be pulled; I would be thrown in jail; my employer would be called - wages would be garnished. I asked for paperwork and he at first said he had it and could send it to me but a couple of minutes later he said he didn't have the paperwork to send - I asked what company had filed with them and he said it was Insight Capital - never heard of them - he said I had borrowed $615 from some company that he was unable to provide a name. I reported his company RRG & him to DFI and my State Attorney General's office. I also looked into a couple other things - in some states (mine was on the list) if the company is not licensed to do business in that state this becomes null & void - I even gave this guy the RCW number so he could look it up. I told him if he filed anything I would dispute it as no paperwork was ever provided to me regarding this issue. Just want everyone to know how this company works. Fight these people - don't cave to their threats you do have options.
