Identify number

Received call from this number but callback says this number is disconnected.

I got the same thing.  Call I didn't answer because I didn't know the number, no message left, called it back from my work number and it says it's disconnected.  So obviously some crap.  So much for the do not call list!

Same thing just happened to me.  On my cell too.

Answered and got recorded msg from unnamed "your credit card company" wanting to tell me how to lower my interest rate. Clearly scam & illegal telemarketing.

I got s call and they said it was from card services telling me that there were no problems with my accounts. It said to press one to get a lower rate offer. I dialed one because I have no credit cards and wanted to make sure I was not having my identity stolen. I have gotten two calls from these sots and both times when I explained I do not have a card I was hung up on. There is a special pit for this company.

Just got this call and automatically looked it up ! Thanks guys !

How do we stop them from calling?
