I called this number back and actually spoke to somebody. When I asked why they keep calling and then hanging up he explained that these were robocalls and that the call was being dropped as it was transferred to a live person. He told me the name of the company was Talmco and that they were an energy supplier trying to sign up new customers in Connecticut. Hope they can deliver electricity better than they can handle customer acquisition!

They keep calling leaving no message, when I called back it is a power company wanting me to switch.  I have told them to remove me from their list as I am not interested.  I keep getting calls.............
