received this call numerous times, late at night. Each time I filed with the donot call list. Perhaps if they see it too many times they will take note. I was able to block the number with my phone carrier. Good Luck

Has called so many, many times but when one calls back, no answer.  It is harrassing and how do I get them to stop?

Similar to all the above.  Will not stop calling, requesting that I call the back.  A past debt.  I am 82 and never had a credit card, only my bank card.  What past debt but years of living.

OK Finally found out who it is it is They just called again Federal Express office in Windsor, CT.  So it could be family and friends calling you who work there or they are calling you about a package.  I hope this helps...  If you have At&T phone service for some reason it asks you to press one to ok for you to receive the call from Federal Express and for this is a reason why no message left.  But why they don't answer the phone I have no idea when you call it...

calls all the time; no one there

First time I received a call, the message was "press 1 to find out who is calling".  I simply hung up.  The second time (2 days later) I pressed 1 and was connected to the Dean of Business who had seen my resume and invited me for an interview.  I accepted and will meet with him in a few days.  At some point I may ask what service he is using.  But I thought that not to be as important as the interview.
I don't think I'll hang usp again when my caller ID says privacy manger with this number.

Got a call from this number.  Started to ask numerous questions about my son, were he works, what jobs he has held and other questions.  They said they were from PRIMERICA and he had applied for a loan.  This was a lie as it turns out.  They had our number and his cell phone number.  I suspect they had received his resume through a job search site, perhaps Monster or equivalent.  I also, suspect base on above the perspective employer can then call through the search site and use a privacy manager.

The people at this number have called my house several times looking for an individual that does not live in the house, they have often times been rude and brash. Also these people have contacted my sister who lives in a different town looking for the same person as they do when they call my home. They never give an explaination as to who they are or why they are attempting to contact the said individual. I want people to know that harassment, be it over the phone or otherwise is illegal and whoever this is, is breaking the law. Let us band together and find out who this person/company is and have action taken.

This number showed up on my caller id when these people called at 10:11pm! The number, 860-724-0641, then not even a minute later, 800-724-0647 Take a message. This is insane, no answers when I pick up, no one leaves a message when the machine picks up, and what's with the LATE NIGHT call, peopl do work!

Caller was from NCC, a division of Commonwealth Financial Services of Scranton, PA.  They are a collection agency.  Their "real" telephone number is 570 347-1115.
