They keep calling me don't know who they are and I don't answer unless I know who it is

ROBOCALL regarding Health Insurance.

I have called and asked them to add me to their DO NOT CALL list.  Obviously, it doesn't help.  Does anyone else know how to get them to stop?

According to EarthLink Business Services The number in question is in service with a company called Engagetel and they can be reached directly at 307-223-0458.

I have spoken with EngageTel and they are removing me from their lists.

First time seeing this number. i dont answer anyone who i dont normally talk to.

These people are ^$$hoL3s !!! They laugh at you when you ask to be removed from their lists.

ALERT your friends, family and anyone you care about. Better yet alert the media. Most channels have a consumer fraud segment. Our local channels (ABC, CBS, FOX & NBC) have all done news articles exposing these types of insurance scams, so your next step after leaving a post here should be calling your local affiliate. Save someones grandmother from losing her savings or worse.

Every day around 3:40pm I get a computerized call from 860-791-6718.  There's always a message too!  How do you make it stop?

I too hwas getting this number calling me. There is a free app you can get for your phone called Mr Number and it blocks all the annoying calls. It will ring once and then hang up on them where they can't even leave you a message. Great App.!

This # calls me every day which is harassment.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone, I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it.  I immediately called it from my  UNLISTED home phone and got a message that this number had been "disconnected" or "is no longer in service". WHAT!!!!! They just called my cell phone less than 1 minute and they have already disconnected their phone. BALONEY!!!!! I am on the DO NOT CALL list, but it doesn't do a bit of good to be on that list, I get calls on my home phones and also on my cell phone, and one of my home phones is UNLISTED, so WTH, how did they get that number?????

I think I am gonna get a whistle and blow it in their ear next time I get an unrecognized call!!!

Called did not leave a message. Put them on a blocked list.

Engagetel no longer has control of the number. It says its disconnected because it is. Someone else is inputting the number into the caller id (using a spoofer) to scam people. Their representative informed me to block the number, if possible, since they are unable to track down the user. Hope this helps some. Also, calls won't stop as they are not in control of the do not call list for the number anymore.

I received a call from 860~791~6718.  Per another site, these people work with a company called EngageTel  @  1-307-223-0458.  I called and listened to their voice msg and left my number and the number that called me.  She called back at once and said that this 860 number is an inactive number and someone is spoofing the number to make calls.  She suggests blocking the phone number so at not to get calls from it.  Hope this helps!
