calls, but no one is there when I pick up. After I say "hello" a couple of times, they hang up.

Sick of these calls - I read this is a number from a hobbyist. If that's the case, why are phone companies either not shutting them down or letting us block an unlimited amount of numbers????????? Phone companies - RESPOND.

Just got a call and it was cut off when I answered. I tried calling back three times and heard static and then my calls were cut off.

They are not shutting them down because our legislators are being paid off to allow this corruption. There is money being made in these calls. All our politicians are corrupt. Vote independent or socialist party next election. They are truly for the people.

The number dials random numbers to establish a live person will answer. Later someone will call from another number with a lower interest rate credit card. They then try for your name, address, ss number, and mother's maiden name... Then drop the call.... Soon afterwards you are getting bills in the mail for various international phone calls, and credit card loans via the internet. You won't be able to prove fraud because they have your mother's maiden name as proof that you opened these accounts. While our elected leaders do crap about these schemes.  Lets vote them all out. Don't re-elect anyone.

Identity thieves. Don't pick up. Verizon is in on the scheme. Calling the number back produces a recorded message that the number is not in service.

'Free cruise' identity theft scam

They called 4 times in one night and left no messege.

I called this number back. Recording from Verizon wireless stating number not in service, out of order, disconnected! Take your pick! Definite SCAM!

I won a free cruise! Ya right, [***]

Like others...dead air...waited a few seconds...then I hung up...
