They call and do not leave a message...we won't answer unknown phone numbers

Credit card scammers wanting you to give them personal info so they can steal or misuse your identity.  Made fun of me when i told them I had no CC. Cussed me out after I told him to go F yourself, not professionals, no legit company lets their employees cuss you, even if you cuss them.

They call and leave no message. I get strange calls from all sorts of numbers on both home and cell phones - both registered on do not call list.  Lately being on this list doesn't seem to matter.  I won't waste my time on these callers.  If they don't leave a message I assume what they have to say is neither timely or important.  Ignoring them is my only defense because they are obviously not afraid of any fines; they just change their phone number and resume operations.

Credit card scammer.  I hung up as soon as I heard the start of the recorded message.  Like the others, I am on the state and federal do not call lists.  That doesn't make any difference to them.

Came across as a wireless caller thatI did not recognise , so I didnt answer

Call at all times of day and night. We do not answer.  They won't leave a message.  We are on the Do Not Call List but that doesn't seem to make any difference!  If this is the Credit Card Services outfit, they are relentless with their calls and call from many different numbers!

They called as "Cell phone SC"  and I didn't answer.  They hung up.  The Do Not Call Registry doesn't have preventative powers.  Unethical callers simply ignore it.

Get several calls from this #. Do not answer it because it says wireless call and the # is not recognizable.  No message is ever left on the machine.

got 2 calls from this number today  called back and got recording saying if you got a call from this number its a scam and call the cops.  then said the caller wasnt accepting calls.  this is very annoying

Person wanted to reduce my credit card rate. I told them not to call me back and she hung up. I called the number and a message advised that someone was using this number to make calls.

Called me. Left NO Message.

It's just someone whose phone number got hacked to make spam calls. If you call back, you can hear a recording telling people to ignore the scam calls made from the number and notify the police so they can trace it.

Got a call from this number today just like others reported.  SC Cell Phone.  Do not call list is useless.

Got a call today (7/2).  No message as they only let it ring 3 times.  I was on another line and wouldn't have answered anyway.  If I don't know the # I don't answer.

Just received a call from this number.  I don't answer calls I don't know. They never left a message.  I have reported it to the Do Not Registry.  

I just wanted to let the folks know that claim the DNC registry does not work is,  please be patient. IT DOES WORK.  I find that with all my calls I report, it takes about 30 days (at most) for that number to stop.  And it does stop.  I feel some of you report the number the DNC and in 2 days you get that same number calling, you automatically conclude, "the DNC doesn't work!", "they stink!"  Patience people!  Can you imagine how many reports they get in a given day?  Heck, how about just in any 10 minute period?  It takes time to check and investigate all these reports.  Just look at the home page of this site.  Look how many of us report numbers on here in a 10 minute period.  The DNC registry can not control these scam sites continually changing their phone numbers. That is the scam!  Just report it and be patient ~ The Do Not Call Registry DOES WORK.

I answered to this number: it's a recording to lower your credit score. BS. I hit the number to speak with a person to remove me, but it hung up. I called them back and was sent to a voicemail of a person stating something about the number being a hoax. Aggrivating.

It Do not call DOES NOT WORK. Not for me , my family or co-workers. Useless just like most federal government programs.
