Ed Overcash Law Office, debt collector

This number keeps calling my friends number asking for me, I have know idea why  I have debt the IRS and Child Support which I pay. I have been unemployed 3+ years now

You may want to take this one seriously.  Have already been sued by this firm for a Sears credit card I stopped paying on for personal reasons.  I thought they were just another collection agency and ignored them.  That only bit me in the ass.  I recommend that if a law firm calls you and you know you owe someone money, address it!  It will not just go away!  It WILL worsen!

Caller extremely rude, would not give a name or what business was associated with the call.  Quoted 'law' allowances in calling my number.

has called me numerous times, leaving msg asking if i know one of two people (I don't know either, who they name changes with every message). Finally picked up said i don't know these people, take my number off, caller was very rude. Then they called again, and i said the same thing, and the caller said you have never talked to our law office" etc.

Baiscally i consider this spam via phone and am reporting them to the BBB.

Called asking me if I know a person that I don't know! called back two minutes later leavin the exact same message....sucks that even if you report businesses it actually does nothing. They don't get in trouble in any way.
