yesterday this number called me twice. I didn't asnwer.

This number has called us repeatedly the last couple of weeks.  We never answer calls if we don't recognize the number. They never leave a message, so I wish they'd quit calling!

We live in Ohio.

I have been receiving the same thing! and they don't answer or anything when you do pick up. i have no clue who it is.

I did answer the call and they are advertising for Time Warner Cable bundle packages. I would like to report for harassment. any ideas?

they called me twice today and it only rang a few times. its a landline in south carolina

This is a telemarketing number to set up service or add additional service from Time Warner Cable. I just got my 3rd call today and they actually answered instead of hanging up/

yes - I get at least 2 ~ 3 calls per day, looked up the area code and it's S. Carolina (tried to text a message, came back saying it was a landline). Never leaves a message so I assume it's someone I don't want to talk to, ie, telemarketer or bill collector!...starting to become an annoyance.

Check out mj.wi's post on here: http://phoneowner.info/Number.aspx/8648646344
I personally do not have Time Warner as my cable company and the repeated phone calls are starting to get annoying. Please try to find out who the actual company is behind this number so that we can go after them for harassment.

They call me maybe 3-4 times a day, when i've answered it says "Hello, we are trying to reach {someone's name (not mine)}" about debt collection or something. Called back and it says "sorry, call cannot be connected." I live in the Dayotn area with a Columbus area code. Very frustrating. Does anyone know anything that can be done.

Its not time warner cable calling you. Its a scam thats why if you call the number back its not in service. the number to time warner cable is 1-800-617-4311 and they identify themselves with there name. the person or persons that are calling you from this number is a scam trying to get cc info from you or bank info be careful and dont give them any info if you want to talk to time warner cable again there numer is 1-800-617-4311

it is indeed time warner, however it does NOT show up as such on caller id!
