It is the law firm of Ed Overcash and assoc.   debt collector.    Insist they provide you with a verification of the debt and the details of what composes the overall amount.   If you are served with papers that state your case is being sent to arbitration beware.  you will NOT be provided with the date of that arbitration and the courts will find in their favor.  They will then try to extract an even larger amount from you.  Challenge the ruling and try to get the ruling vacated (there is a time limit) and during that period they will most likely not contact you.  They can then try to garnish your wages and various other tricks.  Beware.

They call and call over and over , i do not owe this debt , my father died in 2005 he had a credit card that he owed money on,and this is what it is about , been 11 years now still getting there tactical tricks,+ i am dissabled and there really starting to get on my nerves,
