Got a call from this number but they didn't leave a message.

Call was from "Card member services. Robo call.

This number has called my cell several times and I would like to know who is calling me from this number.

When I call the number I hear "this is a recording, the number you have called is not in service".  Though they just called 5 minutes ago and the number shows on my cell phone. I have no idea who this could possibly be.  I don't answer my cell phone when I am at work.

Missed the call, but returned it and got a "not in our database" message

I receive many calls from this number and a recording asks me to select 1 to speak to a representative or 3 to remove.  I have selected 3 many times and am still getting calls so this time I selected 1 and someone a live person answered and as soon as I began to ask what company they were she hung up on me.

Woman voice said they were going to "deactivate" my credit card since I haven't responded.  Caller said they had sent me several courtesy message.

Have received multiple calls from this company to my home phone and now my mobile phone.  Recorded message offering to lower my credit card interest rate, card type never specified.  Finally reported caller to FTC donotcall.gov.

Today I got a solicitation call on my cell phone (which is on the do not call list) from Card Services of 865-291-1470. When I asked for the Company address they gave me a phone number of 267-436-5121. This is the number for "how to keep an idiot entertained". The message at that number is what it should be and if you call it, you may decide to keep it just so you can give it out to those who deserve it. Call it and you will see.

I filed a complaint against Card Services with the FCC.

I hope you mean the FTC. Unless you received the message by radio transmission, the FCC isn't gonna help.

Receive multiple calls from this number daily. Just happened to be home today and answered. Pressed 1 to get to the bottom of this issue. The representative "Chris" was extremely rude and used foul language. When I asked why they continued to call, he responded, "It's called marketing". I asked for a company name, phone number, and address - I got "Card Services and Atlanta, GA" although the caller ID reads Knoxville, TN. I asked to speak to his supervisor when the foul language started to which he replied "she's busy". When I asked to hold, he said, "No, I work on commission and need you to get off this line so I can make some money. You are itching to ask me to take you off our list and I've already done that. I am hanging up now".
