I don't know anyone in Jefferson either...
Some searches I've found are turning this number up with associated with a junk-debit collector.
What that means, is that if you have a CH13 or CH7 bankruptcy that has been discharged, one or more of your old creditors has sold your discharged debit to these junk collectors for pennies on the dollar. The collector then attempts to get you to re-affirm the debit by harassing you at home and threatening you with exposure to your employer, family, and friends.

I am not an attorney and you should consult one should you be hounded by collection agency for proper legal advice: IFAIK, and what attorneys have told me: it is unlawful to collect on CH7/13 discharged debits. You can sue the individual that attempts to do so and many lawyers will file the suit for you for a small portion of the recovery... these are normally easy win cases as the collector rarely if ever shows up to the hearing.
You can also file criminal charges with the district attorneys office in the district where the collection agency is located.
Never admit to owing the debit either in the past or now on the phone, they cut-n-paste the recordings and then file in the local court, often stating that they have sent you notice when they have not done so - they will then use this cut and paste as your statement of reaffirmation.

They call and hang up.  Not happy here!!!
