called me from 865-546-0256 but left a call back number of 865-970-1848 this is Covenant Health.  They told me they werent going to continue to see me as a patient if I didnt pay a 250 bill. Lovely how thats all its about anymore.

Caller ask to speak to me by my first name only. Wanted me to verify my date of birth and last four numbers of social security. When I told him I do not give out this information over the phone, he said that he couldn't continue the conversation and hung up. (That's all the info a person needs to do identity theft- date of birth and last four numbers of soc sec)
