Hang-up calls

Several unidentified calls from this number, "Knoxville, TN" is all caller ID shows.

Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the caller.

calls and hangs up when I answer.  Very annoying

We are on a no call list and asked this person to quit calling, would like to see them fined or lose their phone previleges.  Appreciate help in getting this stopped.  Thank you

Who is this and why do they keep calling? They don't leave messages, they just keep calling.

same experience ... answer ... open line for 2 seconds .. then hang up ... started when I got new ATT land line home service.

Came up as cellular call trying to sell me a subscription to the local newspaper. Asked to be taken off the calling list, and was told I needed to speak to the representative's supervisor. Advised him HE called ME and I wasn't staying on the line any longer.

I am so tired of these calls. THEY ARE FROM THE KNOXVILLE NEWS SENTINEL IN KNOXVILLE TENNESSE. They will not take NO for an answer. They do not understand any  part of " No " !  They will  when  I call their Human Resource Dept.

This collection agency has violated Federal Trade Commission guidelines for debt collections while attempting to collect a debt from me. You can file a complaint at 1-877-382-4357 (Federal Trade Commission help line) if you feel your rights have been violated. It takes about five minutes, and they will give you information on how to stop harassing calls. Also, making this call will help prevent others from being abused by unfair collections practices by this company in the future. Here's a general FAQ from the FTC website. 4-5 calls per week. Called back and got intercept. Filed complaint with National Do Not Call Registry.

Keeps calling, answered and no one speaks......

we get many calls from this number, sometimes twice a day.  We are not always able to get to the phone to check on who is calling. The phone tone keeps ringing for 20 or more seconds. VERY annoying.   What part of NO don't they understand?

I honestly wish that 865-622-4950 would stop calling my home number. I am not interested in your problems nor do I have any intent of spending any money with you whatsoever! If you persist on continuing to call my number, at least have the gumption to leave a message! Can you spell RUDE!!! F.O.A.D.!!!

Get daily calls from this number. No message left. Says Circulation Dev. on caller ID. Have told them before -not interested..... Want me to subscribe to Chicago Suntimes.  Tired of them calling.    Have too many things to do than to keep running to the phone.

med hat news calling to give discount on local paper, said no just cant get it, i said no again still talking, finally just hung up

I get "hello" twice really fast then they hang up.

They call me in Canada as well, at least 4 times per week, I don't answer it anymore
