I receive a call from 865-687-8993 at least twice a day on my cell phone. I told the guy that he had the wrong number, but the calls keep coming. I just refuse to answer the calls anymore. This is beginning to become a nuisance.

This number has been coming up on my cell phone caller ID.  I'm not waisting my minutes with this crap.

I got a call from this number from a guy who was claiming to be trying to reach a neighbor at an address adjacent to an apartment that I had just recently moved away from. He was looking for someone named Robert. I at first took him at his word, told him as far as I knew there was no Robert at that address, but later was suspicious and looked up this number here.

Probably some kind of debt collector looking for this guy is my guess. OR someone trying to confirm that I had moved, for whatever reason.

I tried calling the number back on another phone, and no one answered.

Definitely a bill collector. They are affiliated with student loan delinquencies.

865-687-8993 caller id shows Thomas Mize, no message left, probably a bill collector; lately someone has been trying to track down a relative through me; my relatives have enough problems without me narcing them out to a collection agency; besides, those guys get good money to trace people down.

keep getting calls and i keep telling them that that person does not live her to stop calling but they keep calling anyway,, are the plain stupid or what or dont they understand english when you tell them some one by that name does not live there, duh, then they ask you do about someone you dont know...they are called midland and wish the stopped calling me and fixing to report them for harassment

yeah they've been calling me for about two weeks also. i finally answer and its some man on the phone trying to act tough...i know he doesn't know who he is talking to because if he did he for damn sure wouldn't talk to me like that. when i call back no one answers. when i told the man i could send a payment he wouldn't give me an address he just kept saying you can western union it...that doesn'tmale sense.

These guys have been calling for a couple weeks now. A lady with afro-american accent tells me my wife is expecting a phone call from her. Seems they are looking for a person with same name as my wife, but four or five years older. Seems to be a collection agency.

Received a call today from these people asking if my husband knew some Teresa.  I informed them that he did not.  Nothing else said...first time we've seen that number on our Caller ID

A soft spoken female southerner rang me, asking for David. I asked her who she worked for, "Operations Division" she replied. I then asked her who David is, she said "I don't know." I then asked her who David worked for she said, "I don't know"  I then replied "I don't either." and hung up the phone on her. Why did she call me? I just think i's funny, I only say hello, thank heavens for caller id!

This number just called.  The lady asked for my husband. When I said he wasn't home, she asked if I was the Mrs.  She then asked if I knew a Donald Sizemore. Told her no. She said this person left my husbands name as a reference.  Wanted to know when he would be home, what time, when she should call back.
Told her he wasn't expected home anytime soon.
Googled the number and it popped up on several sites.

Somebody called me and claimed to be looking for a neighbor at a house number near mine.  I asked more questions of her, and she claimed she couldn't get through to this person by phone and it was "very important " to leave her a message.  I asked who she was in relation to this neighbor, and she stated a "business partner."  I don't know the "neighbor" and I didn't like the sound of this "business" so I told the caller I would refer any future phone calls from her to the police, and she kind of chuckled and I hung up because she was interrupting my dinner.  Now I see there is a lot of stuff written about them, I think they should be turned over to the Attorney General.  Something about this organization is fishy.

I have the same problem but Im from Puerto Rico, they keep calling asking for my grandfather, he has been dead at least five year. This is getting really anoying since my grnadmother has alheirmers and it doesnt help any. The police cant help becuase its out of the jurisdiction.

Just got my 3rd phone call from them looking for my neighbor also. I think this is rediculous that they can't figure it out for themselves. I plan on going down to my neighbors to see what they know about this and telling them they need to get their priorities straight and figure out why I am getting their phone calls. The least they can do is call the number when I give it to them. I plan on telling these people where to shove their phone too.

These idiots just called my house looking for someone. She got went off on. I want her to call back so I can make her cry again.

I got a call from this number and, from reading your messages, I am sure it is a collection agency.  They asked for a "Jamie (I won't mention her last name), and I told the person that there was no one here by that name.  After I hung up the phone, though, I wondered if they were looking for my ex daughter-in-law, whose first name was Jamie, but I didn't know her last name.  I asked my son later what Jamie's last name was and it was the same last name they had asked for.  She was always trying to duck out on her bills, and she gave them my number.  She and my son have been divorced for 18 years, and she is still trying to scam someone.

This lady calls and asks me if I knew a Laura with my last name, that she was this gal's aunt and had been trying to call her for a month and I was "her last hope".  Too strange.  Then I looked up a Laura and there is no Laura with my last name listed in my city.  Then I see this, so yeah, bill collectors for sure.  I'm tempted to call them back and tell her she's a lying snake but I'm sure nobody would answer

if u r hiding from a loan and dont want 2 b harassed 24-7 dont fall 4 their crap like i did-i let my ans machine screen calls and there was a very nice sounding woman named "grace" who said she could help make my life better!  i was curious and picked up the phone (of course she had called like 4 or 5 days in a row)then she transfers u to a hardass asonine collector who verbally abuses u-somebody help me please-i wont fall 4 that one again
