The number belongs to: Patient Financial Services (Collection Agency)

I got a call and mail too, it sounds like a scam, I ask them to give me the detail of the services they are claiming and for the past 3 months nothing but they still call and send bills. I am about ready to report it to BBB of Knoxville.

Received billing statement from FSH Radiology earlier this week that the above phone number is referenced to. I called them 4 different times and no one will anwer the phone. I did leave two messages for them to call me and still haven't heard from anyone. The bill shows a date of service clear back to April 1st of 2010. Unless I hear from someone to verify the charges, hell will freeze over before I send any money.

I have left about 6 messages for this "company" to call me so I can pay the bill. They do not call back at all. I had been willing to pay the bill if they would return my calls, but now I see that they may be a scam. I will do nothing until I hear from them directly and they can explain why I owe money.

Like others here, they send a string of bills and then one final one with a threat of reporting me to "a third-party collection agency" if I don't pay up within 10 days.

Exact same situation - only they did report it to Revenue Recovery Corporation (debt collector) who is based out of Tennessee as well and are just as bad and very unprofessional. My services were rendered over a year ago and I started getting calls and a bill from FSH & FSR in January 2012 with no information of what this fee was for. I finally called the hosptial with service date after the debt collection agency sent a letter and better information. They advised FSH & FSR is a legit company they use to read mamographs and they have received many complaints from patients who are receiving late bills from this company, threats and eventually debt collectors. Not good.

this number keeps calling me wanting somebody named dustin that i dont even know, wakes me up real early every morning. i think something should be able to be done about harrassing phone calls when the person they are looking for dont even live with you or you dont even know them for that matter. the calls started about a month ago and its been everyday since.

I recently received a bill from this company regarding treatment for my now deceased wife, Kathleen. The dates listed were 2/22 and 2/23 of this year. Using the telephone numbers which were listed on the bill I tried at least a dozen times to contact a representative. One number was no longer in service, the other was constantly busy.
At this time, I visited a local Blue Cross customer service center. The representative there also couldn’t get through. He also showed me on his computer monitor that your company never submitted any claims at all. Obviously he said BC/BS couldn’t pay on a claim which wasn’t filed in the first place. He noted that you should contact BC/BS of Florida directly to get this issue resolved.
I also noted that the company received an ‘F’ rating from the Better Business Bureau. If you have a legitimate claim, submit it to BC/BS. If you continue to harass me with calls or correspondence, I too will be contacting the Better Business Bureau

No phone service is available.  I've had to change my bank account and notified my credit card company of a scam.  There is no bill from my doctor's office for the amount this group is claiming as overdue with a $30.00 fee.  I've also notified that doctor's office of the scam.

I got a letter with that phone number.  I reported it to my bank which recommended closing my checking account, since they had my number.  Then I went to my doctor's office to verify that my account is fully paid and current.  That letter is a scam.

I'm with you.  I went to the MD's office and asked for a review of my account.  It's current.  This is a scam.  I'd like to know how FSH FSR obtained the date of service, which was valid.  However, the amount of the bill is incorrect, and the bill was actually paid last year.

I have received 3 calls in 2 days from this number from 3 different people and they each left a different reference number! They do not identify the business or reason for the call. Two of the calls were on the same day within 10 minutes of each other. Sounds fishy.

I recieved a letter from them and I have not recieved an xray since I was a child. I called the hospital and have no records about them sending a bill out. So not sure what is going on. I called and no one answers. But I am not just sending money untill I talk to someone.

I see this $30.00 debt on my credit report.  Trying to figure out who the hell it is because i have never heard of them.  Same thing number is out of service so i call revenue collection comp and have to leave a voice mail smh this is crazy.  So if this is all a scam how do i get this off my credit report its from 2011??
