It's the University of Tennessee. They called me to update my alumni information and to ask for a donation.

This collection agency has violated Federal Trade Commission guidelines for debt collections while attempting to collect a debt from me. You can file a complaint at 1-877-382-4357 (Federal Trade Commission help line) if you feel your rights have been violated. It takes about five minutes, and they will give you information on how to stop harassing calls. Also, making this call will help prevent others from being abused by unfair collections practices by this company in the future. Here's a general FAQ from the FTC website. Two calls, no answer.

It's the telefund folks at UT trying to get money.

Same here, I got the missed call at a 8 p.m. and no voicemail left.

Keeps calling my home and cell # and won't leave a message
