1-866-200-3809 Called me this afternoon. Oriental fella, first thing was confirm name then wanted date of birth. I laughed and said no, not to an unknown number. Dude said this is Dell FInancial Services Collections. Another laugh from me. Not possible. These scammers are pretty dim witted. You can tell but i'm not giving any trollers any idea nor arming them so they can hit a poor sucker. I called the known Dell phone number in my address book in fact to confirm and no call originated from DFS to me today at all. Aside from the SIMPLE FACT that when they call, my phone displays an UNKNOWN number, the series of confirmation questions are ridiculous. Amateurs. Further, in an attempt to settle a potential suspicion, they give a specific phone number to call. As if someone would be stupid enough to fall for that. Dont bother answering this number.

These guys are scammers claiming to be from Dell Financial Services and not very good at it. Do NOT give them the last 4 numbers of your credit card(if you're dumb enough to hand this out, pls don't breed for the sake of humanity), do NOT confirm anything as a matter of fact. These arrogant pricks think they've hit the jackpot in the ancient art of [***], tell them to [***] off, then block their number, if they can't get anything out of you they'll get triggered and start screaming at you about credit rating threats. If you do happen to have a dell account or missed recent payment, go to their official website and ask them to direct you. Stay vigilant.

harasment , called 10 times in one day

they claim to be Dell Financial Services. They call everyday, at least 3 times a day.How do these people get these information.

This actually is legit dell financial, they're just very bad at their communication/ jobs in general. There's never a message left by then, you can't call back and they'll call a million times in a day. I only know it's dell because one of my payments accidentally went NSF so they were on my case all day long

Calls once every 5 minutes for at least 1 hour. Answered it once, no reply. Left to voice mail, only got silent message.

Ive recieved this same call saying it was Dell financial asking for my date of birth and banking information. I can confirm it is NOT a dell phone number. Do not give any personal info which ever company they say its from if you have an account with them call them directly to verify things DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL INFO it is a scammer trying to access personal bank accounts.

I confirmed with dell it is not one of their phone numbers and they have said do not give them personal info as they have gotten alot or reports for fraud.

I think they might actually be Dell just suck at communication. Dell had my banking info wrong and my first payment didn't go through. I was unaware. suddenly these guys were auto dialing me several times a day leaving blank voice mails. When I got a letter from Dell explaining what had happened and contacted them to straighten it up the calls stopped. I suggest if you get a call from this number and deal with Dell to contact them directly.

It's DFS (Dell Financial Services). I have an account with them and my last autowithdraw didn't go through so they called to discuss repayment options.

They called numerous times prior and didn't leave a message. Since I don't answer unknown numbers, they kept on calling about 5-6 times per day until I found this forum and saw that another person said it was DSF then I finally answered.

Same here, it is DFS, just very poor communication skills on their end.
