I received the call, and was asked for last four-digit SSN, then I just hung up. They call again twice and left the messages just exactly as stated in RWD message. This is just a tic-tac-toe scam trying to get your information, and address. I already reported to the police.

Keeps ringing my phone and hanging up. I will probably block them. Thanks for Info!

I received a call from someone identifying himself as Wayne Spector at Capital Management Company this morning.  He asked for my daughter, and I told him she doesn't live here.  He tried repeatedly to get me to give him her number, stating "it's important she contact us today, because we want to do things right by her".  I asked him what that meant, but he denied answering because of confidentiality.   He left a phone number for call back, which is 866 843-8102.  This was different from the number he called from  I called this number back, a receptionist answered, I stated I had been called earlier.  I asked her what the scope of their services were, and she immediately transferred me to Wayne.  I asked him what services his company provided, and he wouldn't answer.  I told him that was odd, because a general question like that should be public knowledge.  I told him his call was unsettling, and I didn't appreciate whatever he means by his statement that they wanted to do things right by my daughter.  He told me I was making too much of it and overreacting, and he did not mean to imply a threat.  He said he would take my number off their call list, but I know they will call again.  Whatever kind of scam they are running, they need to be shut down.  I am reporting this to the BBB.
