Left no message.  Called number back and got long silence & then fast busy. Blocked!

Unsolicited call. No message left. Recommend holding phone carriers like Comcast, AT&T, Verizon ultimately responsible.  Free number blocking should be provided at very least. There should be a class action legal action filed by millions of customers that would get the attention of these carriers -and our dysfunctional congressmen.

They have called several times and never left a message.  I answered once and there was nothing but silence after I said "Hello".  I hung up.

have been getting call and hang ups from this number - called number and it was from a company called total care.  When it gave me a promptt to connect to customer service and file a claim - they hung up

did not answer as I didn't recognize number.  How do these people keep getting away with this?  Is this not considered legal harassment?  I see no need for do-not-call list as itis a total joke.
