Collection company for First Data Credit card company.  I cancelled my account with First Data in May and paid them off.  Now they are billing me for extra charges they are not entitled to.

My contract expired with First Data and they keep attempting to collect money they are due. Don't fall for this !

The samething with me. I went ahead and paid them after letting Transworld system Inc what I thought of first data merchants. I canceled my account with them because they were taking random amounts out of my account several times a month and my online store wasn't open yet.

I have received a call from a debt collector (209 Area code) saying I had owe $300 for my merchant account that I had closed in Nov 2015.  I went to my bank to confirm what I owe and they don't have any records showing I owe. My bank rep even call their collection department to give me a pace of mind and they have no record of my online company. A day later letter I received a statement from Transworld Systems with payment slip to pay $300. I called the 866-207-9462 number on the statement and received the same automated recording as the 209 number that called me a day earlier. Please check with your source before you pay anyone over the phone or mail.

I get a call daily from the same person at this place (although they claim to be an auto dialer). I tell her the same thing everyday.  She tells me it's noted on the account everyday.  After MONTHS of daily calls, she finally gave me the phone number and the name of the business, which was an abbreviation for something, but it was not Transworld Systems.  Wouldn't say what it was in reference to.
