    Got a call from 866-208-7584 telling me I took out a loan from WTJ CAPITAL for $400.00 and it has not been paid in 3 yrs since 2012! I have checked with credit bureau's and have they have no records of the loan and also bank has no records! The collection agency is called Stark Recovery Agency and the woman told me her name was Katrina Peterson in which is most likely a fake name! She said if I didn't pay the bill by 5:30 pm Oct 21 2015 then they will proceed with court proceedings! I told then to file there lawsuit and I will file police report! Also the account number is a bank acct for them!
