This is a yellow page scam telling you that they sent out an invoice which must have gotten lost in mail or you threw it away. Now they want you to pay up for your second year of the contract.  They will even take off the fake late fee if you pay now with your credit card.  Do not fall for this scam!  They are not associated with AT&T.  They will pass you on to more agressive people who will threaten to send you to their legal dept.  Then they will threaten you with being taken to court to scam you out of your hard earned money.  I asked for an invoice and was told they would send it after payment was made.  They never tell you the name of company but pretend to be a collection agency.  Do not even answer this number.

I also received a voice mail and returned the call they were saying that we owed $885.00 and that the other Yellow Page Company was bogus and they had a lawsuit against them, they would add me to the suit so I could receive my money back.   I asked for an invoice and the emailed invoice came from an account yp_online@yahoo.com.  After extensive research and searching to locate a domain online I find it registered to someone they say they don't know.  After calling them and questioning their sketchy billing practices they tell me they will speak to their board and get back to me.
