This is a call back survey after you place a call to Bright House Networks.

I'm tired of robo calls about Brighthouse's service! A simple request to take a survey at the end of the call I placed would be a lot more acceptable.

Calls 3-4 times a day, does not answer when picked-up, leave NO messages and does not answer when called back.

I received the survey call at 11:07PM Sunday night!  I'm not a bright house user, never have been, never will be.  If it actually was a survey call from bright house at that hour, they should be shot.

It called me 10 minutes after I requested service from brighthouse. My phone has an option to block incoming call, I just added it to the list

I got a call from this number while I was on the phone with Brighthouse.  No message.

yes calls ,then hangs up..  this tollmust be reported

i read on a different board that this number is a brighthouse survey customer number.  when we tried to call back you get a dead line or a robo that says "i am sorry but i cannot understand you" , tries to transfer you then you get dropped.

During Brighthouse's endless automatic menu I had to endure before being able to talk to a person...I was offered the chance to press 1 to take a survey after the call.  I didn't press 1 but still I get this annoying call afterwards anyway.

I have tried blocking this horrible Spectrum/Brighthouse survey every single time I call for an issue. But somehow, it goes directly to my voice mail. I'm so upset. They said I'm already on the "Privacy" list but that doesn't include surveys! I just HATE them!

their service should be as good as these callbacks!

Continuous calls from this number.  Does Not leave a message.  Calls on cell phone & other phones.  Very annoying!
