This is a collection agency. After you get through their BS story about being a legal company filing company, locating service, etc, they finally tell you they are trying to collect a debt for Lane Bryant. This company is practicing illegal collection techniques. I doubt the information given is real but here's what I got from them:

Same thing happened to me Monday & again yesterday. I didn't answer their calls & saved their voicemails. They said the exact same thing though. They are trying to deliver legal documents that require my signature but yesterday's message said it was their last attempt & if I didn't contact their firm, they were going to take that as a direct refusal to comply & send them back as undeliverable. However, when I called the number just for fun, it doesn't go through. I'm interested in hearing what they have to say since the person who also got this same call said they are a collection agency for Lane Bryant. I've never even been to that store. Lol

So, I got ahold of the company right after leaving the last review. They are a "mediation" company so they say. They seem legit b/c they do have all of the accurate information however, they are rude as all get out & argue w/you when you're not even trying to argue. I suppose they are used to people not wanting to pay but when you're really trying to discuss options, they just threaten with court & even say your wages will be garnished. I was cooperating w/Rachel & got passed on to her supervisor Robert Jennings for no apparent reason. Talking to Robert & explaining to him that I'm not trying to argue & that he has my email to send the payment options to, I was hung up on after he had already told me that once I got off the phone I would be red flagged & attorneys would have to take over from there & that no one from their company would be allowed to talk to me about it anymore. It just seems weird. I don't like being bullied.

I got a call from Rachael today that she needs to deliver documents.  It's court papers that are sealed in envelope and she does not know what it is but I can call EBS at 8662177920 to find out.
She just called and asked if I live in San Jose.  I said no and who are you?  She said just hired to locate me to give those documents.  I don't have anything in collections. This is wrong tactics.

I getting the same calls i called my local police I reported them to the ftc.gov they have to show prove of the original document of your debt sent to me by mail if they cant its not legit.  and the rudeness and vogue language is not excusable.  I now get a call once a day they are going to serve me i say what time so the police can be here and they never show..  i have asked them several time to stop calling but they dont but i do have it all recorded so if i do go to court i will get it all dropped.

The same company called my husband about the account and they keep calling my people. They said it was for a credit card through Continental Finance. She said they would garnish my wages and then put her director on the phone, not a good practice. I don't mind paying for the debt but I will not be threatened

I spoke with a lawyer.  She said this is illegal and all I have to do is ask for a revecation and for them not to contact me.  Andy contact after that they can be sued for up to 500.00 a call

Got a threatening Call from younger individual and said I would need a some one from HR and a witness to sign some kind for court papers and I would not want to miss my court date. When i asked what this for he could not say. Just that I would not want to miss my court date. Don't you get some kind of mail stating you have a court date?? Also when this guy called the was no caller I D and left a message to call the 866 number and some one answered EDS

Received call 11/9 no caller id . Left voice mess and he would be stopping by house between 12-5. Be at home have a witness and 2 forms of id. I called back the guy that called me answered and knew that it was me. I told him that needed to change the date because I was going to be home on tomorrow. He said there was two ways to take care of the matter pay the amount of a $1000 plus dollars or go to court. Payment would have to be done over the phone.  He was rude . I told him I couldn't pay. Before I could ask for his name and supervisors name he hung up.

Total scam.  No legitimate process server calls you up in advance and tells you they are coming by.  Ignore these calls and block them.

Called several times saying to hunt me down at work or find me at home. not even the right person he is asking for but they do have my address and cell which is scary.

Said they are with Microsoft
