I've gotten calls from the the past two days.  They say the are our health plan or provider; I don't remember exactly except that I know who we use and they always say their name.  The caller id doesn't show anything either.

It is NextRx with a legitimate reminder to refill a prescription. The call came from (513)336-2000, a recording identified me by name, said it was my health plan with a reminder, and told me to call (866)220-9413 and enter a code that they gave me. It is the NextRx automatic prescription reminder service. You can disenroll from it if you wish.

Someone called on 12/12/13 and told me that my Business Account ending in #**** has some fraud on it and they will issued a new card and that the old one will be de-activated on 1/3/14.  First I do not have a business account and if there is fraud why wait until 1/3/14 to de-activated the account
