This phone number is on my bank statement for a bill that I didnt authorize, who is this, and where are they from and what do they want?

I too received a charge from this company. I do not know who they are and what the charge is for.  Can anyone help?

Company is a customer service call bank for Essential Medical Supply.  You will need to call them repeatedly to get your money back.  I was successful after having to get very ugly.

This tops them all for most pathetic "customer service" ever.  I call 866 223 1555 to have charges removed from my account.  Apparently they have pretty divisive fine-print.  Anyway long story short while I am viewing my account online the charges still say "PENDING", Deserey Employee#211 removes one charge but declares the other is already posted to my account and is non-refundable in condescending tone.  When asked to speak to a supervisor, Deserey Employee#211 says "I am the supervisor."  I then asked to speak to her supervisor.  Deserey Employee#211 hangs up.  Pathetic.

They charged my checking account without authorization for over $50.00.  So what now?

does anyone know how this company get your account number to charge you?

Hey, I called and called and asked for different supervisors, managers, and bosses, all of whom I threatened with the Justice Department for fraud, identity theft, and preditory practices & listening to their 1000 & 1 excuses.  After they hung up on me a few times and cursed at me while I kept my cool, they finally refunded the money they stole from my account.

They are theives and no form of law enforcement gives a damn.

B.T.W. they say they get account numbers from "sister-companies".  I'm thinking CountryWide Loans.

I just called them right now and they said their computers are down and that I have to call back in 2-3 hours. What kind of crap is that? Are they trying to avoid people now?

This is not reputable marketing. I just got off the phone with them and she told me that I might have order something online and clicked on a pop-up which transfered my cc info to them. She told me that the charges would be refunded. The only company that I ordered from was as seen on tv. So all beware of what you click on, I never authorized these charges but was still charge.

I just having my bank deal with it they will do it all for me. I am also going to call countrywide loans and tear them a new one. I know they have leak info but thought it was all set now.

B-otch-iz! I just saw a charge for 16.95 from this number saying that itis from "priemeir Florida"? WHAT!? I will be calling them tomarrow and my bank. Lousy bastrds.

Don't know how these creeps got my CC number but they hit me for 39.95.  I am having my bank dispute the charges.  Hopefully they cant be hit for fraud.  I called their 866 number and it said all their customer representatives were busy so leave a message.  Think I will ever get a call back?  I think not.

i ordered pedipaws online there was a popup for $25 walmart giftcard...all i did was look at it didn't approve anything or give my card info and they charged my checking 16.95...i called them they gave me a conf# for cancelation....but what a scam......from now on my online purchases will be done thru paypal or with one of those loadable prepaid credit cards...i'm also calling my bank to make them aware of it and see if this should be reported as fraud.....to make things worse that pedipaws order i placed on aug 16th that started all this i call them 2 days later to cancel the then 2 more time after that to confirm the cancellation and they still charged my card last friday $45.93 my bank is disputing the charge now i have to call them about this which makes feel really stupid...this is a lot time on the phone that i could be doing something better.

Yep - PediPaws for me too. The pament was pending so the bank was able to take it off.  They are reporting it as fraud.

I tried calling the PediPaws 800# from the web site and it goes tyo busy after 1 ring.
1-800-777-4034 .  I am going to write them a letter.  I suggest you all do to.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I went throught he NJ site, but the complaint will get rerouted to CA. That's where the main headquarters are.

I got the same $16.95 charge on my card after "looking" at the $25 Wal-Mart Gift Card linked to Pedi-Paws. I called the 866 number and spoke to Lindsay after being on hold about 5 minutes. She was very nice and said she would reverse the charge and gave me a cancellation number. I sincerely hope this is the end of that. Now I'm concerned about the Pedi-Paws order. I'm going to contact them to see where the order is. I too will follow the advice of a previous comment and  use PayPal for ALL future internet ordering. What a runaround. My time is more valuable than this mess.
