They have called me 3 more times since my last post...this time they left a message. It is Time Warner business class.  Sales call.

Got a call today. There was a long message of just background office noise. No speaking. I suspect that this is a telemarketer. I think they get measured by how long they "talk" to someone on the phone. This person was padding her minutes by doing nothing but waiting for my voice mail to time out. At the end of the day, her minutes look very good. The longer you hold someone on the phone, the more you can break down their sales resistance. What a way to make a living!
