just start calling the number back & hang up on them like they do you it first equity credit card.

They call 3-4 times a day, even though my business voicemail picks up, they continue to call...even on Sunday and late at night!

Nothing but music playing is all I get

They called frequently but we did not answer because we beleived they were a solicitor. This morning we decided to answer because we are tired of them calling and not leaving messages. The guy on the phone said by husband owed on a bunsiness account that was past due since 4/2008 and asked for his social security number. My husband refused and asked them to send a statement in writting. They said "nevermind" and hung up.  This is a scam. My husband has excellent credit, does not own a business or have any business accounts and is not past due on any credit accounts. We bought a new Tahoe last week and the credit report the dealership pulled proved that there were no accounts past due. BE CAREFULL AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION! When we call the number back they will not give us the name of their company and will not give us their business address!

same person has called repeatedly askng for someone that does not live here anymore. i have repeated told them that person moved and lives in another state.
she would not tell me what it was in reference to.

My young son answered a call from this company asking for someone else. When my son informed them they had the wrong number, they asked him his name. I could overhear him beginning to tell them his name and ran to intervene. Let's just say I was incredibly angry. No bank I have ever heard of asks questions of obvious young children. When I took the phone, I was asked over and over what my name was and how did I know a neighbor of mine (who is dying of cancer and is in a long term care facility). I called the number back to speak with a supervisor and he, too, gave me a hard time. As I recall, this company called me once before.
