this is always calling me on my unlisted number. I want it stopped
Who is it? and how do they get my unlisted number. There is never anyone there. and they leave no  message.  u6p9

Someone's been calling my folks claiming to be a lawyer but after looking up their info I doubt it.

They have been calling me for a few weeks now. I've read on other sites similar to this one that they are a law office of some sort.

The thing is, there seems to be some discrepancy as to which law office it actually is. According to all of the different sites I've visited (I had to piece all of this together) this is their information:

Apparently, they use India call centers and are a debt collection agency of some sort. I have absolutely NO outstanding debt or late payments of any kind, so I'm not exactly sure why they are calling me on my private cell phone number. My wife has also received a number of calls from them. Since neither of us have any late payments or accounts in collection, I can only assume that they are trying to get contact information for someone we both know.

T mobile contracted them, I have paid them everything I owe in June 2010, they still insist after I have given them bank statement printouts that I owe them a balance.  Someone from India keeps calling and harassing me, can I call my state AG and report them?
