They keep calling repeatedly.  We are on the no call list and I do not answer unknown callers.  I'm really tired and very angry about this.  How can we get them to stop.I think the FCC needs to step up.

This is a collection agency called Alliance One Management Service, their collection department.  Believe it or not they collect even if it's $3 trust me, you'll keep on getting the calls until you answer and find out what they want.  What happened to me is that, when you have an account that goes to a collection agency and you don't resolve it, it keeps getting sold time after time.  Though what's happening is interest is building and building on that account.  You might have paid the account months down the line and what these people do is collect on the interest that has built up.

Collection agency....owed $.45, yes, 45 cents, and paid it over the phone. Thought that would make everyone happier, and stop the calls. Now they have charged $14 for the privilege, which they did not tell me they would do.......argh!!!!!!!

first they call, dont leave a message, then withing a minute or so, i get a text with their number. which is already in my recieved call list... and i have a Tracfone, so texts arent free to open... i just delete it.

They called. Look them up on this site. This is the second collection agency looking for a John R. Moore. My middle initial is not R, yet they ask me if I know this person. I suppose it's cheaper to call everyone with a similar name than to actually use the Internet and other databases to find the actual person. To someone who gets called about other people's debts, it seems rude and lazy.
