Have received several calls from this number. Decided to answer one. Hold on for an important message.......all of our associates are busy at this time.  Probably will never answer another. If they are going to call me they could at least be there after their auto dialer rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhh!

Well I got another one from the same number just a few minutes later. It is someone collecting for Capital One. Her name was Doreen and probably not on American soil. I couldn't understand much of what she said. Now that I know where this number is from I WILL NOT answer another one.

Called me today at 10:25am, did not leave a message. I see that this has been reported as NCO Financial.

They have been constantly calling me from various numbers for about a month now. I DO NOT have any Capital One accounts!!

I have tried to tell these IDIOTS that I DO not have any accounts that they should be calling me about. Of course, they want me to give them my SSN -- they have to be crazy to think I'll give them any information. They have no legal reason to be calling me but they will not stop!

I have called Capital One and reported this to them, and have provided a list of all the numbers NCO has called from so far.

My next call is to the Better Business Bureau at 804-648-0016 and I will be filing a complaint online with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center.

I am constantly getting calls from this number... some idiot is using my phone number as his contact. For anyone getting calls on their cell phone.  HTC Android has a feature where you can direct your calls to voice mail.  I added all of the phone numbers from NCO Financial to my contacts and labeled it zzbother, then I turn on this feature and the calls go directly to voice mail.
